Let me tell you what’s going on in our market. We are in the dead of winter and have had a lot of snow in South Lake Tahoe. Fantastic for skiing. That has caused the market to slow and along with low inventory levels, we won’t see an uptick until early Spring. The projection for the South Lake Tahoe real estate market for 2019 shows more stabilization with slow and steady movement in sales with increases of 2 to 3.5 percent and home prices projected to rise 3 to 3.5 percent.
