Gardner Mountain

Gardner Mountain neighborhood is located just minutes to three of Lake Tahoe’s nicest beaches, Pope, Baldwin and Kiva and the Emerald Bay Rd bike trail.
Some scenic spots close to Gardner Mountain include: Fallen Leaf Lake and Eagle Falls. Highway 89 is also becoming known as restaurant row with several great restaurants and pubs. Gardner Mountain is a great choice either for a vacation home or family home
South Lake Tahoe High School, home of the South Tahoe Vikings is nestled in the woods at the top of Gardner Mountain.
Lots in the Gardner Mountain neighborhood range in size from 5000 square feet to 10,000 square feet, many of the homes are set on 200 foot deep parcels allowing for great backyards. A few of the old estate parcels still exist and are an acre or more. There is a mix of older classic Tahoe cabins and newer modern, contemporary mountain style homes.
