Gardner Mountain neighborhood is located just minutes to three of Lake Tahoe’s nicest beaches, Pope, Baldwin and Kiva and the Emerald Bay Rd bike trail.

Lots in the Gardner Mountain neighborhood range in size from 5000 square feet to 10,000 square feet, many of the homes are set on 200 foot deep parcels allowing for great backyards.
