Heavenly Valley

Situated at the base of the California side of Heavenly Ski Resort and also up the mountain next to Heavenly Ski Resort is the desirable Heavenly Valley neighborhood which consist of approximately 500 homes.  These homes range from some of South Lake Tahoe’s most expensive homes with lake views, smaller 1950s style cabins to condos, townhouses and even a timeshare resort.

Starting at Pioneer Trail and traversing up the side of the mountain, many of these homes are close to US Forest Service and State Conservancy owned land with small creeks and mountain views.

From the upper Heavenly Valley neighborhood there are views of ski lifts and ski runs or even the Lake, with some homes and condos accessible by skis in winter season.

In the lower Heavenly Valley area, homes are within walking distance to some of the finest restaurants and shopping, and the Ski Run Marina which has a public beach, boat rentals, the Tahoe Queen and other outdoor activities,  This area is very popular for second homes and vacation rentals, which rent more than most vacation rentals, due to its proximity to all these amenities.
