Highland Woods

Highland Woods area is a very desirable in-town neighborhood in the city of South Lake Tahoe. The neighborhood borders the Upper Truckee River, Truckee Marsh, and Trout Creek on three sides. Some homes on Springwood street back the meadow and some have lake views.

Highland Woods also has under ground utilities which ad to the desirability of this neighborhood. Many newer and larger homes are found throughout the neighborhood and are mixed with some older properties, the majority of which are well kept and landscaped. Homes closer to the meadow side are valued higher than those closer to the Hwy 50 side
